About me

I'm a qualified Aromatherapist, and certified NLP, Hypnotherapy and Coach based in Hampshire. I'm also a mum to two wonderful girls who love helping me with my crystal bracelets and aromatherapy blends!

My journey into holistic wellness began close to home. When my youngest struggled to sleep as a baby, aromatherapy blends were the thing that finally helped her settle - and I was hooked. I trained as an aromatherapist and never looked back.

A love of crystal healing followed, inspired by my own mum's passion for the practice. I began creating tailor-made, chakra-aligned crystal bracelets, handmade in Hampshire and posted throughout the UK, using only the finest quality crystals, each chosen with intention and care.

Over time, my curiosity about the mind-body connection led me to qualify in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Coaching - bringing together everything I believe in to offer a truly holistic approach to wellbeing. Sessions are available online, so wherever you are in the UK, support is never far away.
